EUROLAB Position Paper on the impact and revision of the New Legislative Framework (Regulation 765/2008)

EUROLAB, as a European association representing laboratories and other conformity assessment bodies (CABs), sees the revision of the New Legislative Framework (NLF) as an important opportunity to refocus on more efficient accreditation in Europe that can enable a sustainable quality infrastructure and strengthen the European Single Market.
