The wait is finally over! We are pleased to announce that registration is now officially open for the IMEKO TC8-TC11-TC24 Joint Conference, happening from 26th to 29th of August 2026 in Metro Manila, Philippines. Guided by the theme "Leveraging INNOVATION for Future-Ready MEASUREMENTS for Industry, Health and Environment," this event promises to be a landmark gathering for the analytical testing and metrology community.

Space is limited to only 250 participants, and registration is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to secure your spot early, as on-site registration will only be available if slots remain.

How to Register

Registration must be completed individually; group registrations are not permitted. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

1. Online Form: Complete the registration form at https://imekomanila2026.org/about/registration/.

2. Pro-tip: Due to high traffic, please take screenshots of every page as you go. If you encounter a server error, email the screenshots to the Organizing Committee to complete your registration manually.

3. Pro-forma Invoice: Once your form is received, you will receive a Pro-forma Invoice via email, after verification of the organizers.

3. Payment: Process your payment based on the invoice.

4. Confirmation: Email your proof of payment to the Organizing Committee. Your registration is only confirmed once this proof is presented.

5. Official Receipt: A Sales Invoice/Official Receipt will be issued following successful registration and payment.

Payment Details

Methods: Local participants may pay via Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer. Foreign participants must use Wire Transfer.

Fees: All bank charges, transfer fees, and remittance costs are to be borne solely by the participant and are not included in the Service Invoice.

Important: Please include the names of the participants in the deposit slip or the remarks section of the transfer.

Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable, though they are transferable.
