International Masterclass on Temperature Measurement for ISO/IEC 17025 Testing Laboratories

TURKLAB, with the support of EUROLAB, is pleased to announce an upcoming international masterclass, ‘Temperature Measurement: What Every ISO/IEC 17025 Testing Laboratory Should Know?’

The three-day, face-to-face masterclass will take place from 16–18 November 2026 at the Türk Loydu Foundation, Tuzla Campus, Istanbul. The masterclass will be delivered in English by an internationally certified trainer approved by the European Centre for Laboratory Excellence (EC4LE).

The programme will combine theoretical knowledge, practical laboratory examples and hands-on sessions, with a focus on key aspects of temperature measurement in testing and calibration laboratories. Topics covered will include:

Temperature measurement equipment and thermometers
Calibration certificates and measurement uncertainty
Calibration and internal checks of temperature chambers
Qualification, validation and good practices
Measurement errors and appropriate measurement methods

The masterclass is particularly relevant to technicians and analysts, laboratory and quality managers, professionals responsible for temperature measurement, calibration and verification, and those involved in measurement uncertainty activities.

The programme is intended to support professionals in strengthening their temperature measurement processes in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.

Each participant will receive a certificate upon completion of the masterclass.
