EUROLAB-UNIDO Seminar on Quality (ISO 17025) and Sustainable Management Systems Implementation
EUROLAB is delighted to announce the joint EUROLAB-UNIDO Seminar on Quality (ISO 17025) and Sustainable Management Systems Implementation organised on April 23 in-person in Chisinau, Moldova and online on Zoom.
After signing the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), Moldova has undertaken the task of adapting its national food safety legislation to the requirements of the relevant EU laws and regulations, thus the need to achieve a higher level of compliance with EU standards, technical regulations and product-related directives and needs to upgrade related controls or conformity assessment.
The joint seminar with the participation of the representatives from the Moldavian Food Safety Agency (CNSAPSA), the Moldavian National Certification Agency (MOLDAC), the Moldavian Institute of Standardization, EUROLAB, and private food testing laboratories will address the issues of ISO 17025 implementation and sustainable management.
EUROLAB representatives, Secretary General Laura Martin, Leif Madsen, Chair of EUROLAB Denmark and the Chair of the EUROLAB Sustainability Working Group, and Marija Cundeva-Blajer, Professor and Head of accredited calibration Laboratory for Electrical Measurements at the Cyril & Methodius University in Skopje will provide insights on key EUROLAB actions around sustainability and best practices for sustainable laboratory management, with specific case-studies.
