EUROLAB special briefing on the CETA Protocol on Conformity Assessment

EUROLAB has just released a special briefing on the CETA Protocol on Conformity Assessment.

The EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) is the EU’s most ambitious and progressive free trade agreement in operation today. It includes a Protocol on the Mutual Acceptance of the Results of Conformity Assessment (the CA Protocol), establishing the mutual recognition of European and Canadian Accreditation Bodies and Conformity Assessment Bodies.

The briefing looks into the details of this protocol, highlighting the opportunities for European CABs to perform conformity assessment services for the Canadian market through the implementation of CETA CA Protocol.
