EUROLAB and IMEKO sign a new MoU to consolidate their communication and collaboration on joint future projects

The new MoU marked the strong collaboration and communication between EUROLAB and its key stakeholder IMEKO. The two organisations have agreed to keep each other’s updated regarding their activities, events, publications, cooperate in the organisation of joint events and for the creation of common projects like webinars, participate in scientific events and engage in technical and scientific research.

A successful outcome of the meeting was the cooperation opportunities regarding the organisation of joint events where EUROLAB will be an official partner. Starting with February 2022, EUROLAB will be involved in the organisation of the IMEKO “45 minutes seminars’’ and IMEKO TCs conferences: IMEKO TC6 "Digitalisation" Conference on 19-21 September 2022, Berlin, Germany; IMEKO TC 11 (Measurement for Testing, Inspection and Certification) and TC 24 (Chemical Measurements) Joint Conference on „Chemical measurements towards a sustainable future’’, 17-20 October 2022, Dubrovnik, Croatia; IMEKO TC 23 Metrology in Foods and Nutrition, Conference to be held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, 7 – 9 November 2022, with the title “Food on a global market – opportunities or threats”.

The successful meeting was closed with the decision of maintaining a close communication for the identification of future collaboration opportunities on subjects of interest such as Decision Rules and Sampling, Lab of the future and Digitalisation.
