Call for Abstracts CIM – International Metrology Congress 2025

The CIM – International Metrology Congress 2025, organised by the CFM, the Collège Français de Métrologie, will be held in Lyon (France) on 11 - 14 March 2025 with Global Industrie Trade Show.


The event will bring together industrialists, researchers, as well as national metrology institutes around more than 200 innovative and technical presentations, round tables, workshops and a dynamic exhibition. A wide range of topics will be discussed to be at the heart of news and developments in measurement and metrology among which Digitalisation, Industry 4.0 and Sustainability.


The theme of the congress is “New Metrology for a Sustainable Industry and Society” and a call for abstracts is open to authors until 26 June 2024. The abstract to be submitted should be around 200-500 words and should present an innovative work in one of the proposed scientific and technological fields within the metrology world.

A committee of experts will subsequently evaluate your abstract on several criteria including:

  • Scientific quality

  • Degree of innovation

  • TRL

Depending on your willing and on the evaluation result, you will be included into the program as a congress speaker or as a poster author.
