World Quality Day 2022

On World Quality Day we are happy to join the 4th International Congress on Food Safety and Quality, taking place in Dubrovnik (Croatia), under the slogan “One Health”.

The day was opened by the lectures provided by Zdravko Barać from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Croatia and Vera Katalinić-Janković from the Croatian Ministry of Health.

EUROLAB Secretary General, Laura Martin, also provided a presentation on EUROLAB scope and outlined key data on Food Fraud as a growing issue worldwide and the role of the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector in fighting this phenomenon.
